I have attempted Oxyclean, bleach, lemon extract as well as salt, an poison bath (muriatic) as well as am fearful a fibers have been henceforth damaged. Am we left with hand-trimming it to mislay a brownish-red fibers?

How does the sun stain a rug? Usually people put lemon juice on a stain and put the fabric out in the sun to lighten the stain. Kind of like what happens to a beach ball when left out, it looses its color. If the products you used didn’t help, I’m afraid that you must trim it.
